"Time goes by so fast, and days they seem to dance, into the distance until they're gone..."

It's not really 2012, is it?!  January?!  Surely not!  Time has truly 'danced' by.  And we have been loving it! We are looking so forward to a Colorado summer--escape the crowds, heat, and China--for beautiful sunsets, space, family and friends.  Yay!  While we have been relaxing and enjoying our time off, it still seems to fade away! I have not gotten on to blog since around Thanksgiving...perhaps I should start there with the Williams' holiday details?  We were able to stay here for Thanksgiving and join other staff members in a family style Thanksgiving meal.  It was really awesome, and fun to get to know everyone a little more outside of the work world.  For Christmas, we got to meet up with Taylor's family (Mom, Timothy, Debbie, and Spenser) in Phuket, Thailand.  This place was stunning--and warm--so it did not really feel like Christmas at all!  As it drizzle outside right now, I definitely miss it!  That might need to be a blog in itself.  But for now, as always...a random hodge podge of pictures!

Just before Thanksgiving, we got to go to the Happy Valley race track with some friends. It was so fun! Such a beautiful back drop--Taylor even won 12 bucks!! BIG MONEY!

This is Taylor's night job. Just kidding!  But seriously, due to the high cost of cheese here (and our refusal to give it up??) we order large amounts from a connection in school and shred it ourselves.  Well, let's be honest. He shreds, I bag.  Who has the better deal? :)

Ben and Taylor after a fabulous Thanksgiving meal...full.

Taylor hosted a Thanksgiving morning football game. Small turnout but a fun, new tradition!

Merry Christmas!  Our cute little tree was inexpensive and fun to shop for. I bought some cheapo ornaments this year and mod podged some tissue paper to them--followed up with a twine bow.  I always loved coming home to it!

It may be winter--but the trees are still beautiful blooms here.  Hey, Handsome!

We went to Stanley Island (just an area in Hong Kong) for a little '27th' date (we celebrate our anniversary monthly, so fun!) and enjoyed the really pleasant weather, markets and lunch. This place is so pretty--the ride there was a little rough by bus--but most likely worth another trip?

These are quick pictures of how they build their cemeteries here--on mountainsides.  Really ornate and interesting to look at!

Isn't this so cute? Wonderful birthday gift from the Rachel Bradford ;)

Mmm. Love!  Just a picture while waiting for the train...

Merry Christmas--our Christmas card picture :)

Quiet time at Pacific Coffee Company--we go here more than Starbucks. Shh.

This is a shot of Taylor on a trolley--you can't see it well but it's proof!  We also got annoyed with how slow it was going and got off minutes later to catch the train again, ha! So much for enjoying the 'good ol' days!"

Holding on during the rickety ride!  Take note...those are some of the pants I got made here. Blue linen, love!

Love him!

This was the soccer 'pitch' (not field here!) near the tennis courts we had a game at.  Check out the view!

And the actual courts, amidst sky scrapers!  Beautiful in it's own way!

Gorgeous view on a ride home from tennis game!

I am having a technology melt down--so for now, this is all the pictures that are willing to cooperate! ;)
